Third suspect charged in murder where body was dumped in Whitfield County

DALTON, Georgia (WDEF) – Whitfield County investigators say a third suspect has been charged with the murder of Luis Antonio Lopez from the Nashville area.

His partially burned body was found by a young boy in January at the end of Ellis Road.

They have now charged Kevin Isaza of Antioch with his murder.

U.S. Marshals located him in Sacramento, California, where they believe he fled after the killing.

Hector Ruiz and Roberto Viera Aybar from Nashville has also been charged.

Investigators believe Lopez was killed in Tennessee and driven down the interstate and dumped not far from the exit.
