Central High School Names Cortney Braswell Head Football Coach

Central high school has named Cortney Braswell as their new head football coach.
It’s the first head coaching opportunity for Braswell.
Braswell replaces Gary Bloodsaw, who was let go after the Purple Pounders went 0-10 in 2015.
Braswell is a former Baylor All-Star running back, who has served as an assistant coach at several Chattanooga area high schools, including a stint at Central a few years ago.
Last season, Braswell was the defensive coordinator at Bradley Central.
