Driver charged with DUI after fatal wreck

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – A 29 year old woman was killed in a one car crash on Bailey avenue in Chattanooga Thursday night.

32-year old Christopher Patterson was driving the car.

He is charged with DUI and vehicular homicide.

Police say he ran off the road and down a hill.

The victim died at the scene.
