Amber Alert Trinity Quinn recovered with Daniel Clark in Nashville

UPDATE: Nashville police report Special Response Team officers apprehended Clark and Quinn at this spot on Old Hickory Blvd.

A dump truck driver spotted Trinity standing on the side of the road.

Police found both of them on an embankment behind some trees.

They ordered them to come out of the trees and give themselves up.

They did without any resistance.

Clark was carrying the backpack, where police found the gun used in the clerk shooting.

Police are now talking more about the shooting.

They say the clerk was shot in the head and they also shot out the windows of his vehicle.

NASHVILLE, Tennessee (WDEF) Nashville police say they have taken Daniel Clark into custody in a field near Old Hickory Blvd & Charlotte Pike.

And 15 year old Trinity Quinn was with him and is in custody, also.

Trinity was the subject of an Amber Alert after disappearing with Clark Monday.

Clark is wanted for shooting a store clerk to death last night in West Nashville.

He was placed on the TBI’s Ten Most Wanted List.
