Shooting near the intersection of Wilcox Blvd. and N Chamberlain Ave.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- Wilcox Blvd at North Chamberlain Avenue was closed for a few hours today while police investigated a shooting.

CPD is still investigating.

So, details are scarce.

But, police say that a person was shot this afternoon near the intersection.

A multi-vehicle crash near the shooting may be related.
