Man Hit By Car On Broad

Chattanooga, TN, (WDEF) – A man was hit by a car on Broad Street Friday night at Charger Drive.

According to police at the scene, the man stumbled into the street and was hit by a car driving down the road.

EMS arrived and took him to the hospital. He suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to police.

Witnesses on the scene told News 12 that they had been with the man just a few minutes before and he appeared to be drunk, they said. 

No one will be cited in the crash, according to police at the scene. The car at the scene had vivid body damage.

No names have been released.
