Tad Cummins Gets Indicted By Federal Grand Jury

Tad Cummins has been indicted on two counts today after a federal grand jury returned their verdict.

The 50-year-old got indicted for transporting a minor across state lines for sex. He is also indicted for obstruction of justice.

Cummins is accused of kidnapping a 15-year-old girl and running away from police back in April.

The girl was a student in Cummins’ class.

He told authorities he had sex with the girl most nights, during the 38 days he was on the run with her.

Cummins will stay in jail until his trial.
