Authorities investigating after two people found dead in Catoosa County

CATOOSA COUNTY, Ga. (WDEF) – An investigation is underway after two people were found dead in a home on Post Oak Road Sunday.

Catoosa County Sheriff Gary Sisk said the ages and identifications of the two individuals have not been released at this time pending notification of family.

The causes of death are unknown.

Sheriff Sisk said the causes can only be confirmed by autopsy.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is assisting with the case.
