Teenager shot on Pinewood Avenue overnight

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – 18 year old Jaylain Ballard was shot around two this morning on Pinewood Avenue.

While police were responding to the 3300 block of Pinewood, Ballard was already on his way to the hospital in a private vehicle.

He suffered to non-life threatening gunshot wounds.

Police say Ballard refused to cooperate with their investigation.
