CFC Squeezing in Exhibition Match Thursday Before Playoff Game on Saturday

Chattanooga-(WDEF) Even though the CFC has a playoff game on Saturday night against Dutch Lions FC, they’re also playing an exhibition game on Thursday.
On Thursday night, the Chattanooga FC will host Mexico’s UANL Tigres’ reserve team in a ‘Friendly at Finley’.
CFC coach Bill Elliott says the exhibition match will not affect his team’s playoff showdown.
Said Elliott-“Elliott-“Basically what we’ve done is taken the eleven we expect to start on Saturday night, and they won’t dress. And then the guys who are going to be on the bench plus a lot of the reserves that haven’t had opportunities this year are going to get the chance to go out and compete with some of the best under 23 players in Central and North America.”
