Tennessee troopers looking for suspect vehicle in rural hit and run fatality

COFFEE CO., Tennessee (WDEF) – The Tennessee Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s help in finding the driver who hit a pedestrian along a country highway in Coffee County.

It happened on Highway 41 in the Noah community north of Manchester.

The victim was hit and killed while checking his mailbox.

Investigators say there was vehicle damage left at the scene.

They have identified a side mirror from an older Mitsubishi Galant.
