Vols Land One of State’s Top Recruits in MBA Running Back Ty Chandler

The Vols have landed one of the top players in the state of Tennessee in MBA running back Ty Chandler.
The 5’11, 190-pound Chandler is rated as the nation’s 5th best running back according to 24-7 sports.
He helped lead his Nashville school to a state runner up finish last season.
