Grundy County deputies make car theft arrest

COALMONT, Tenn. (WDEF) – Grundy County deputies have arrested a suspect in a stolen car case from Labor Day.

The 2015 Toyota Corolla was taken from the L&L Market in Coalmont.

The owner said a man had been sitting under the awning on the far side of the parking lot when she went in the store.

Deputies arrested 48 year old Jimmy Hobbs Tuesday night for the car theft.

They also recovered the vehicle.
