Agents re-arrest a woman who just got a drug treatment sentence

SUMMERVILLE, Georgia (WDEF) – A drug task force says if you wanted an illegal pill, you could find most of them on a street in Summerville.

Agents with the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit raided a home on Hinton Street on Tuesday, arrested two women there.

They seized methamphetamine, marijuana, fentanyl, suboxone, hydrocodone and alprazolam.

The agents charged 61 year old Martha McCollum and 43 year old Bobbie Campbell.

They had just busted McCollum on possession charges last August.

And just three weeks ago, she was sentenced to probation and substance abuse treatment for that.

These are the charges she faces this time:

Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute
Possession of methamphetamine
Possession of Schedule II- Fentanyl with intent to distribute
Possession of Schedule II-Fentanyl
Possession of Schedule III- Suboxone
Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
Possession of marijuana
Possession of Schedule IV- Alprazolam with intent to distribute
Possession of Schedule IV- Alprazolam x2
Possession of Schedule III- Hydrocodone with intent to distribute
Possession of Schedule III- Hydrocodone
Possession of drug related objects
Use of communication device to facilitate a felony

Campbell faces the same 13 charges herself.
