Baylor Gets Rematch With Brentwood Academy in State Final Four

Chattanooga-(WDEF-TV) Baylor battles powerhouse Brentwood Academy in the state Final Four Thursday at 2:30pm est at Lipscomb University in Nashville.

This is a rematch of last year’s state title game that the Eagles won 50-44. Brentwood is the kingpin of state titles. They’ve won the last four state championships. Even though Baylor and Brentwood split their regular season meetings, Brentwood won the last match-up in Chattanooga blasting Baylor 75-50.

Said Red Raiders head coach Mark Price:”Both teams are very familiar with each other. This is an opportunity for our guys to get a little redemption for the last performance. I think they are anxious to get an opportunity to kind of perhaps redeem their effort. This is not a stage most of our guys are not unaccustomed to, so we hope there is some advantage to that.”
