Chattanooga Red Wolves Plan Investment to Build Stadium at Camp Jordan
East Ridge, TN (WDEF-TV) – East Ridge City Council approved a resolution to allow the Chattanooga Red Wolves build a stadium at Camp Jordan as part of a soccer training facility.
The stadium would seat 1,500 to 2,000 and an additional soccer field would also be built at Camp Jordan. Locker rooms, coaches offices and merchandising areas are included in the plans. Team owner, Robert Martino, and the Red Wolves would invest $1.5 to $2 million into the project.
Camp Jordan officials announced in December 2018 plans to upgrade the park and arena including new concessions and improving the thirteen softball and baseball infields at the complex.
The Chattanooga Red Wolves are expected to name a location soon to build a stadium in which to play their regular season games beginning in 2020. They are currently scheduled to play their 2019 games at Chattanooga Christian School’s David Stanton Field.
