Wings Over North Georgia Air Show Begins Today

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – The Wings Over North Georgia Air Show begins today and continues through Sunday, October 30th.

Saturday’s air show featured headliners include the USAF Thunderbirds and also an evening concert with Grammy Award winning artist, Travis Tritt.

Gates opening at 9am at the Richard Russell Airport, located at 304 Russell Field Road Rome, Georgia.

The Wings Over North Georgia Air Show is expected to draw more than 50,000 spectators over the two-day event. The USAF Thunderbirds will close out the air show performances each day and additional performers include the F/A-18F TAC Demo Team, US SOCOM Para-Commandos, Michael Goulian, Patty Wagstaff, Buck Roetman, Mike Wiskus and MANY more.
