Domestic Dispute Involving Father and Daughter

CHATTANOOGA. Tenn. (WDEF)- In some other news tonight, Chattanooga police respond to a domestic dispute Thursday involving a father and his daughter.

Police reports say 36-year-old Cornelius Ringer got into an argument with an ex girlfriend.

After the argument, Ringer grabbed and struck his daughter, then pushed her down.

Police were able to arrest Ringer after he resisted their verbal and physical instructions.

Ringer is being charged with child abuse, vandalism, disorderly conduct, and resisting police orders.
