3 suspicious fires all within an hour of each other in Dade County

TRENTON, Georgia (WDEF) – Investigators in Dade County are looking into a string of fires Monday evening in the Davis community.

The Sheriff’s Department reports that three homes caught fire all in the same hour.

And they were all within a mile radius of each other.

Only one home was occupied at the time.

A second still was furnished, but not occupied.

Investigators say the string of fires are considered suspicious.

Sheriff Ray Cross visited the fire scenes.

“I have my best working the case, and hopefully soon we will have answers for these property owners.”
