CPD Investigating Early Morning Shooting

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga police are investigating an early morning shooting.

Officers were called to the 1700 block of South Lyerly Street shortly before 1 a.m., Thursday.

When they got to the scene, they found 19-year-old Croshoun Brooker suffering from a gunshot wound.

Brooker was then taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

No word yet on a potential suspect.
