Former Volunteer Firefighter Arrested For Stealing Fuel

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) Hamilton County deputies arrest a former volunteer firefighter for stealing fuel from county pumps.

Christopher Harp used to be a volunteer with the Sequoyah Volunteer Fire Department/Marine Rescue.

Officials say he pumped fuel into his private vehicle.

He’s charged with theft under $500.

Officials say they’re still investigating the fuel expense overages and more charges are expected.
