Chatt State Softball Beats Columbia State 4-0 to Stay Alive in Region VII Tournament

Chattanooga-(WDEF-TV) After losing their opener in the Region VII tournament on Monday morning, the Chatt State softball team bounced back on Monday night to beat Columbia State 4-0 in the loser’s bracket. The Lady Tigers got a run in the top of the second on a sac fly from Alyssia Bowen. They picked up another run in top of the third on an RBI base hit from Kayla Woody. Then in the seventh, Kiley Longmire belted a two run homer to make the final score 4-0.
