Woman Shot in Vehicle in Red Bank

A woman is recovering this morning after police say she was shot Wednesday night while sitting in a moving vehicle.

The victim was struck in the leg by a bullet that entered the passenger side door.

It happened in the 100 block of Newberry Street in Red Bank.

The victim was taken to the hospital for non life-threatening injuries.
