Hixson Names Softball Field For Former Coach Janet Tate

Enjoyable day at Hixson High School for Janet Tate. The school named their softball field in her honor. Tate coached the Wildcats softball team on two different occasions winning back-to-back state titles in the early 80’s. She was also instrumental in having the field built. Tate

also coached the Wildcats volleyball and basketball teams.
