Suspect Arrested For W. Mississippi Avenue Sexual Assault

Incident – W. Mississippi Avenue Sexual Assault

Update:
The Chattanooga Police Department has made an arrest in the case of the sexual assault on a runner from Sept. 29, 2014 which occurred on W. Mississippi Avenue.

•Investigators have in custody a 17 year old black male in connection with the crime.
•The suspect will be charged with Aggravated Rape.
•The Chattanooga Police Department will not be releasing suspect information due to him being a minor.
