Suspect charged with soliciting and kidnapping a minor

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tennessee (WDEF) – A Texas man has been charged with with kidnapping and soliciting a minor.

32 year old Johnathan Lucino Salazar was arrested last week by Hamilton County officials.

He faces two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means.

And then Aggravated Kidnapping and Trafficking for Commercial Sex act.
