Woman charged with shooting at her husband

CLEVELAND, Tennessee (WDEF) – A Bradley county woman is jailed on a charged of attempted 2nd degree murder.

Investigators say Terra Kay Miller was involved in a domestic dispute with her estranged husband, Gary Hicks at their home in Charleston on Monday.

During a scuffle, according to the report, Terra Miller grabbed a 45-caliber pistol from a closet and fired one shot at Hicks, narrowly missing his head.

Miller has been released on a $50,000 bond.
