BODE opens new ‘Dawn to Dusk’ Friday, July 15th

This Friday the BODE hotel in downtown Chattanooga will open its doors to become much more than a hotel.

Dawn to Dusk is a coffee shop/bar located in the lobby of BODE on Chestnut St. in downtown Chattanooga. The grand opening of Dawn to Dusk will begin at 9a.m. with free coffee at Dawn. Dusk will not be open until 3 p.m.

There will be mobile vendors, including free haircuts, free cold brew coffee, and free beers.

Michael Palmer is the General Manager of BODE, he said he wants to raise awareness that BODE is not just for guests, it’s place to kick back.

“Yeah, kind of more of like an awareness of there’s a spot that’s you’re able to come to relax and chill out instead of going to like a traditional hotel where it’s very normal. This is supposed to be a Hangout. Have fun. You don’t have to be in a hotel room to stay here for the night. Come in, hang out, relax and take a look at all,” said Palmer.

The event ends at 11 P-M.

There will be a stand up comedy show as part of the grand opening celebrations.
