On Monday, the Hamilton County Grand Jury returned indictments for Kaylor, charging the 38-year-old Evensville man with one count of Aggravated Assault, one count of Reckless Endangerment, and one count of Official Misconduct. Today, he was booked into the Hamilton County Jail and subsequently released after posting $10,000 bond.
