Accused Runner Rapist May Be Tried As An Adult

The 17-year old arrested for raping a 69-year old runner in Chattanooga this week could stand trial as an adult.
The crime reportedly occurred Monday morning, around 7:30, on Mississippi Avenue.
The District Attorney’s Office filed a petition to move the case to adult court.
The teen faces an aggravated rape charge.
