Alabama and Georgia Arrive in Frigid Indianapolis For National Title Game
Indianapolis-(WDEF-TV) Alabama and Georgia are turning Indianapolis into ‘Title Town’.
The SEC combatants play for the national title Monday in Indy. Both teams landed in town Friday, and News 12’s Angela Moryan was there to greet’em.
Angie: A fridge is 17° welcome to Georgia and Alabama to Indianapolis here tonight it might be freezing on the tarmac however Monday is expected to be red hot on the turf Georgia has yet to overcome them out and that is Alabama tired of being the dog Zila 73 times however Georgia is favored to beat Alabama and get retribution for that lost in the SEC title game regardless of the odds regardless of this cold both teams are just decided to be an Indy for a national championship
Said Tide head coach Nick Saban: it’s pretty cold in Tuscaloosa the last day or two not this cold but then I told them to be ready for the cold and it’s something that most of our players are not used to play in it so they can get used to it from the plane to the bus and then They can stay in a hotel most of the time play indoors so They should be OK
