Amber Alert for infant out of Memphis

MEMPHIS, Tennessee (WDEF) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Amber Alert for 5 month old Ayla Settles.

Police say she was taken by force by her non-custodial father around 2 AM.

19 year old Alvin Lloyd suffers from Paranoid Schizophrenia.

Authorities say he has an extensive criminal history.

Ayla was wearing a red onsie.

Her father was wearing a black hoodie and blue sweatpants when he got away on foot.
