An adventure is blooming at Rock City

Pepper Raper joins News 12’s Amelia Greer as Rock City welcomes in spring. The area attraction gets even more enchanting as flowers bloom in nature. Learn about their latest activity ‘Gnomes and Gardens’ with a special quest!

LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. (WDEF) – Spring is nearly here and Rock City’s gardens are blooming with enchanting flowers, bringing the beauty of nature to the forefront of the famed attraction.

It’s ‘Gnome & Garden’ season at Rock City where over 500 species of native plants are in full bloom along the trails. Rock City’s Pepper Raper got to bring in a few flowers that guests can spot along pathways, such as the vibrant daffodils or the tiny grape hyacinths along the pathways.

While visiting, you can go on an interactive adventure with their new Gnome Quest. Guests can pick up a double-sided card that features a scavenger hunt to to discover tiny treasures as you navigate through the gardens. Upon completion, a special prize is at the end from Leif, the Soilsmith Gnome!
