Collegedale Police Department hosts annual Easter Egg Hunt

COLLEGEDALE, Tenn. (WDEF)- The annual Easter Egg Hunt in Collegedale occurred on Sunday the 2nd.

This event was held at the ballfields off of Little Debbie Parkway from 1p.m. to 3p.m..

Each year, the Collegedale Police Department hosts the event.

Before the egg hunt, kids could play on the bouncy houses and slides, eat at the concessions stand, and get an ice-cold snow cone from the snow cone truck.

Sergeant Harris, with the Collegedale Police Department, says it’s a great time for all ages!

“The egg hunt is the most important thing for all the kids; they love it. It’s one of the things they look forward to every year as much as we do, so we’re proud to put it on and it’s something we enjoy doing,” said Harris.
