Another deadly high speed chase out of Manchester, Tennessee

TULLAHOMA, Tennessee (WDEF) A retired Parks director was killed by a high speed chase overnight in Tullahoma.

66 year old Joe Moon was hit by the vehicle fleeing police just after midnight in the 600 block of South Jackson Street.

His pickup rolled and then caught fire.

The chase started in Manchester, when officers pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation.

The 18 year old female and 20 year old male in the car that ran were also injured in the wreck.

This is the second deadly police chase that started in Manchester in the last year.

That crash happened in Murfreesboro and killed a mother.

Her family has filed a ten million dollar lawsuit over that chase.
