Another video emerges showing child falling out of car on busy road

CHINA (CNN) – Another disturbing video of a child falling out of a moving car in China has emerged.

The child fell out of the back of a van at a stop light and was run over by another vehicle.

A 2014 study in China found that only 22 out of 3,333 (.6%) observed children were secured in child safety seats.
