Apartment Fire on Sunflower Lane
2 people transported to the hospital

The Chattanooga Fire Department responded to a second alarm fire on Sunflower Lane at Rustic Village this morning. According to officials two people were transported to the hospital from the apartment fire. One person suffered burns and another has smoke inhalation. The fire is now under control. No one was found inside the apartment building. Firefighters are checking air quality inside the structure this morning. We will have more on this investigation today on News 12 at Noon.
