Arrest Made For Man Punching Deputy in Face

Bradley County, TN (WDEF)- The Bradley County Sheriff’s Department says an arrest has been made regarding the man that punched a deputy.

Officials arrested 46-year-old David Paul Kadlec Saturday after finding him in a trailer park on Peakland Road in Meigs County.

Kadlec was initially wanted for Violation of Probation, and, when Deputy Tiffany Goodwin sought to arrest him on that charge, he punched her in the face and ran into a wooded area near the Bradley-Meigs County line.

After an intense search, Kadlec was arrested for charges of Violation of Probation, Resisting Stop and Arrest, Aggravated Assault and Criminal Trespassing.
