Arrest Made in Lookout Valley Triple Homicide Case

Hamilton County Investigators arrest a suspect this morning in the Lookout Valley triple homicide on Elder Mountain Road.

Shortly after 7pm last night, Chattanooga police and Hamilton County deputies responded to a shots fired call at Kellys Ferry Place.

19 year old Derek M. Morse stands accused of attempted criminal homicide.

Additional warrants will be filed on Morse charging him with three counts of criminal homicide as a result of the shooting incident.

Authorities still have not released information about the victims, but say then three deceased are males, and the person shot and hospitalized is also male.

Investigators say additional arrests are possible.
