Arrest Made in Pornography Involving a Minor

Fort Payne, Georgia (WDEF)-39-year-old Ty Darrell Smith was arrested on charges of Production of Pornography of Minors and Making A Terroristic Threat.

The victim is a 16-year-old female who stated that she received text messages from Smith relating to sexual favors.

Smith also made threats to the victims saying if she didn’t cooperate he would harm her family, including the family pet.

The investigation is still ongoing with more charges forthcoming.
