Assault victim dies and charges upgraded to murder
Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – The victim of an assault at 100 Moccasin Bend last week died from the injuries.
Chattanooga Police upgraded the charges against 37-year-old Leviticus Avery from aggravated assault to first degree murder.
