Athens Tennessee latest school system to delay TNReady tests

ATHENS, Tenn. (WDEF) – TNReady continues to prove it really isn’t so Ready after all.

The Athens school system is the latest to delay state testing because they did not get testing material in time.

Here is the statement out today from the school system:

“Due to the state not shipping testing materials on time, TNReady testing will be delayed. Students in grades 3-8 will not be testing next week. The district is working with principals to adjust schedules to accommodate our schools and students. More information will be sent home once a schedule is set.”
