Australian Senator breastfeeds as she talks to Parliament

CANBERRA, Australia (CNN) – It is a landmark for the public breastfeeding movement.

Senator Larissa Waters breastfed her baby daughter while putting forward a motion in Australia’s Parliament.

The motion had nothing to do with breastfeeding as an issue (she wasn’t using her baby as a prop).
