Baylor Centerfielder Gunnar Ricketts Headed to the University of Tennessee

Chattanooga-(WDEF)Baylor centerfielder Gunnar Ricketts has signed to play college baseball at the University of Tennessee.
The Vols really like his speed in the outfield and on the bases.
For Ricketts choosing Tennessee was an easy decision.
Said Ricketts:”I grew up a Tennessee fan my whole life. I’ve always kind of wanted to go to school there. When I went on my visit, after talking to the coaches, I just knew like it was the place I needed to be. It’s where I wanted to go.”
Reporter:”Were you singing Rocky Top on your visit?”
Said Ricketts:”Oh I was. On the way there and the way back.”(laughter)
