Baylor RB David Gabriel-Georges Wins Second Straight Mr. Football Award

Nashville, TN-(WDEF-TV) Baylor teammates Briggs Cherry and David Gabiel-Georges battled for a state championship last week.
Tuesday they battled for a Mr. Football award.

AA held their annual ceremony at the Titans Nissan Stadium to recognize the top player in the state in each classification.

Cherry and Gabriel-Georges were among the three finalists for the Division two, triple-A award.

And running back David Gabriel-Georges was the winner for the second straight year.

He ran for over 17-hundred yards, and he averaged over 10-yards a carry.

And he’s just a junior.
