Baylor Set to Kick Their Season Opener on ESPN
The Baylor School has announced that the Red Raiders football season opener will kick on ESPN.
The home game against Rabun Gap was moved from Friday, August 23rd, to Sunday, August 25th, to accommodate the telecast.
The contest will kick at 1pm from Heywood Stadium.
“Our football program is thrilled to represent Baylor School on ESPN this August. It is a great privilege to play and coach at Baylor,” said head football coach Erik Kimrey. “We are honored the beauty of our school, the spirit of our community, and the character of our team will be on full display.”
ESPN picked up the game because both teams feature several college prospects.
