Baylor’s David Gabriel-Georges Named Max Preps National High School Football Player of the Year
Baylor running back David Gabriel-Georges won a Tennessee Mr. Football award for being the top player in his classification this season.
Now he has won an even bigger honor.
Gabriel-Georges has been named the Max Preps National high school football player of the year.
Other winners over the years have included Derrick Henry, Kyler Murray, and Jaxson Dart.
The Baylor star rushed for over 17-hundred-yards and scored 27 touchdowns in leading Baylor to a state title.
Max Preps has handed out this award since 2006, and Gabriel-Georges is the first player from the state of Tennessee to win it.
