Beauty Retailer Coming to Northgate

     Northgate Mall announces a new store.
     The largest beauty retailer in the country is coming to the mall next year.
     ULTA Beauty will take over the former Piccadilly restaurant space.
     They call their product line "affordable indulgences."
     The store will offer a full service salon.
     2014 has been a good year for Northgate.
     They have added Burlington, Shoe Department Encore, Old Chicago Pizza and Old Navy to the mall.
