Beer Board suspends Chatty’s Beer license

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn (WDEF) – The Chattanooga Beer Board is taking action against the restaurant Chatty’s.

During Wednesday’s beer board meeting CPD officers called the restaurant a public nuisance citing multiple calls in the middle of the night for violence.

Chatty’s owner Diamound Brown posted saying the restaurant will only allow event rental during daytime hours and no rap artists will be allowed.

The beer board suspended the restaurant’s beer license for 15 days starting on September 2nd.
