Benjamin Brown jury deliberation set to continue Monday 9:00 A.M.

CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee (WDEF)- The Benjamin Brown trial jury had Sunday off but will resume deliberating at 9 am Monday.

Benjamin Brown is on trial for felony murder and aggravated child abuse of 2 year old Annie Shell. Now, Brown and the Shell family are waiting for the Jury’s decision.

The jury heard from Forensic Pathologist Dr. Michael Baden who says it was an unseen fall that caused the injuries.

Something other medical professionals disputed, something pointed out during closing statements.

The Jury also heard from Brown who testified on his own behalf.

The Jury deliberated for nearly seven hours on Saturday after hearing closing statements.
